The scientific name of celeriac is ” Apium graveolens,” and it belongs to the Apiaceae family. Celeriac also is known as celery. It is a delicious and cheap veg plant. Celeriac plants grow with green leaves that are above the soil or ground,  whereas the other part of celeriac is grapefruit shaped and has skin color under the ground. The celery has the same family as a carrot; that’s why its name is also similar.

Actually, celeriac is a grapefruit-size sweet flavor veggie and mostly used in winter. You can chop this lite apple or other veggies like potatoes easily and make delicious recipes in winter for a long time. And love to grow in after the spring and winter season.
